Bathroom Shop UK Avis 

I hadn't heard of Bathroom Shop prior to to shopping with them, but they came up top of my results page when I was searching for a very specific model of a thermostatic shower mixer which was difficult to get hold of. I emailed them (and a bunch of others) to ask if they could get hold of it and could see from the get go that I was dealing with a real person who cared about doing a good job. Martin went above & beyond to try to get hold of the part for me, and although ultimately he did not succeed (not his fault; supplier stock issues), I was won over by the effort he'd put into my query and his transparency into the situation. In the end, I purchased an alternative model based on his suggestion, but also added a bunch of other things to my order as they were competitively priced on Bathroom Shop. From order to a specified delivery date which I required, Martin was brilliant with communications and follow ups. Can highly recommend and will not hesitate to shop with them again.

There was a delay in delivery however prices are best and quality products, I will continue to shop with them. Thanks

Hannah was fantastic! Gave me different optioins for my shower, great advice on shower screen sizes versus tray and sorted out a quick delivery and great price.

My whole experience with Wakefield bathrooms has been fantastic. The products that I purchased were fantastic and at a much cheaper price than other suppliers. The customer service has been second to none, hannah has been fantastic. She has helped me colour match items to my brassware and in my opinion went above and beyond, the service I have received after purchase has also been outstanding, with simple returns and fast reply to emails. I will go nowhere else in the future.

Item was as described and packaged well, the site was easy to navigate and the delivery was super quick

The only thing I could add is that when customers receive a delivery email or text from a 3rd party delivery company that it states which supplier they are delivering for.

Absolute shambles of a company..placed an order then after a week no notification of shipping..contacted them..they said it will be posted the following day with DPD..will be with you on Monday..never arrived..contacted them Wednesday..they said sorry..it’s now being picked up by royal mail…think this company is a scam..now waiting for a refund..but I’m not holding out much hope of getting it.
