I thought I was ordering two batteries…
I thought I was ordering two batteries for my Arlo. The one I received is a large battery that does not fit in my camera so I will need to exchange it. The description of your product was apparently not clear enough.

Easy experience, great battery.
I wasnt able to find the brand of battery at the spec I wanted at local battery stores so I typed in “buy battery online” and this place showed up. Battery Mart looked reputable and they had the battery I wanted for a good price. Payment was quick and easy, and my battery even came earlier than the expected shipping delivery date! It was well packed, protected w/o play in the box, and to this day, works extremely well (thanks East Penn!) Highly recommended.

The battery was shipped promptly and even the USPS
tracking system is decent.
What's not done is advertise something is in stock but
the card funds are used to purchase from a supplier
first and then shipped to a customer.
