Great team! I went in knowing absolutely nothing about Warhammer and they were so patient and helpful. They took the time to figure out exactly what I needed for the kids and picked out the right items. Really appreciate that they actually take the time to help. Highly recommend!

Great staff, large play space and cheap prices

I have visited this store a number of times with my kids, always welcoming, always helpful, we've bought new release products, we've been to events and pre releases, been on busy days and quiet days, always the same, fantastic staff, fantastic community, fantastic store, i would recommend to anyone

We love this shop and the environment it provides. We live near city center and make the trip out every week to play our favorite TCG because it’s that worth it.

A very welcoming shop that is focused on building community over profit. Staff are super friendly and try to help everyone who comes through the door, as well as trying to stop product from being snatched up by bots or scalpers. They are kid friendly, especially the Lego Club on a Saturday, and offer a great selection on snacks and drinks.

Always really helpful about board games and collectibles. Really fair pricing and a great selection. The community this store has also helped foster is amazing.

Great prices, friendly atmoshpere and very welcoming store. Community is very open to newcomers and always supportive to those wanting to get involved. Caters for all sorts of tabletop, games, card games and general boardgames. In store stock can feel limited compared to some bigger chain stores but they are always happy to order any specific stock in.
Spacious store with a lot of tables to hire upstairs and downstairs. There are also a lot of community nights/events to play specific games with likeminded people.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. Never had any issues with anyone - will try their absolute best to get stock for you and reasonable with prices. Have contacted the store before and have always been treated well. Quick to inform when stock becomes available.

Bay games is absolutely incredible. It’s a great place to hang out, meet new people and be part of a community for hobbies that you’re interested in. Since getting into a few hobbies over the last couple of years, I’ve found Bay Games hosting events and socials around it really beneficial, I now frequently visit and have found staff to be very welcoming and friendly.

Never have I experienced a more friendly and welcoming store. A games store run for the people who play there, a rarity in 2026. A true gem of the northeast and lucky to call it my local

The friendliest board game cafe. A huge library of games to play, all in great condition. The cafe is on top of stocking the newest games in the library! Great selection of drinks and snacks!

Amazing atmosphere with a huge range of groups and games. I was welcomed in for a beginner session of DnD back in March and I've been hooked ever since thank you all

I have managed to order & secure some hard-to-get products from these guys. Pricing can be on the high side; however, they are transparent as to why, and I also respect the rationale behind it, as they appear to be a 'community-centred' store. As a result, I'm happy to support an independent business over the mass chains.

Items come well packaged and usually in a timely manner. Proactive communication around delivery/order timelines could be better, but obviously not a deal breaker.

I will be ordering from them again.
