Ordered a - Bull BBQ Premium 8-Burner Outdoor Kitchen With Sink and Rotisserie – #304 Stainless Steel.
I had absolutely awesome customer service and was totally impressed by the quality of the packaging of the goods for delivery.
If every company took this much care, the world will be great again.

I have been purchasing equipment from BBTA for many years now and find the service and value excellent. Never an issue getting spare parts or advice in that time.

Had a mix up with Australia post returning the package but the BBT crew made it all good and can't recommend them highly enough

Delivery and instructions was great.
Assembly was straight forward.
Good powerful Machine and did its job with ease.
Mulching Palm Frons was no trouble.
Had issue with Blade getting blunt and contacted office via phone. Response was quick and problem was solved.

Purchased a Stainless steel drawer and Fridge combo.
delivery was quick, quality as expected (Great) and well packaged. baying instructions could be a bit clearer, and the fridge works well but could be a little colder. Overall a great experience

We purchased the 6 burner BBQ. This is about our 4th large BBQ but first from BBT’s. The first 3 times we used it we went through a 4.5kg gas bottle. When I asked customer service I was told this is normal as it is large. This wasn’t our first rodeo so obviously didn’t believe. My husband played around with all the fittings and finally got it working properly. They needed tightening and no kinks. We are both now liking it but if you asked me would I buy it again I would not. I would stick with the big brands you know.

When i saw this 8 burner BBQ online, I was unsure about the quality of it. When it arrived and unpacked, I realised it is very well made and perfect for my outdoor kitchen. The staff at Big Boyz Toys were amazing as well. They did everything to keep my order moving and kept in good communication with me.
I love my new BBQ and have used it many times over the Christmas period, entertaining friends and family, who all commented how great it looks and works.

Wrong mower was sent the realised 20mins of use. Was sent back. I no to check everything before use from now on so I don’t get burnt again.

The customer service was great even when I had to return the mower after it had a problem from new..was fixed and returned promptly within the hour..

Parts in stock and quick postage

Delivery was great, very fast and well packed. However some parts like one of the wheels didnt fit and two of the bolts snapped on first use. I replaced them myself and has been a good machine since.

Quick and easy transaction

I originally purchased this machine because it has a genuine Briggs motor and I have a lot of other gear with Briggs & Stratton motors, some 30 + years old and still all going strong and no problem getting spares etc.
I have a small acreage with a lot of trees/stumps and already got through a heap of them 200mm to 800mm with no problems it’s well-built, has heaps of power and the blades are still nice and sharp after a fair bit of use.
So, very happy with this stump grinder and already halfway through paying for itself regarding hiring cost and being in my shed ready for work anytime is awesome without the time and hassle of picking up and dropping off etc. So, no problem recommending this machine to anyone with similar requirements.
