I purchased a set of hub rings not knowing the rims came with a set... other than that the order was fairly simple. A few adjustments and conversations with staff and they look fabulous. I just put them on and will update with photos.

The quality of their products is good I have no issues with quality or fitment on their products the issue is their warranties which is a third party is a bunch of crap I had two warranties on my rims the road hazard and the extends and neither one of them would cover the rims because they was damaged in a crash they said they would cover them if I had run up on a curb but yet wouldn't cover them because my vehicle was totaled along with the rims they're both accidents so I don't see where the logic in is covering them if they run up on the curb and not covering them if there's an accident neither one of them has road hazards or the extenze policy would cover my rims so now I'm stuck paying for a set of rims that I no longer can use and that's what I got the road hazard for and the extends policy for was in case something happened and like I said neither one of them is no good if I was them I would change my third party warranty people

Salesman I spoke with on phone was very knowledgeable and helpful determine the matching wheel I required for trailer. Was shipped to me on time and exactly what I needed, well done.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with BB Wheels, especially as a repeat customer.
I purchased a set of rims that were never opened, installed, or used, but had to return them due to a vehicle purchase falling through after additional mechanical issues were discovered. Despite the items being in brand new condition, I was charged nearly $700 in return-related fees.
The restocking fee was quoted to me at approximately $325, yet the final amount ended up significantly higher without clear explanation. In addition, I was required to pay for return shipping labels.
What made this experience worse was the lack of customer service. After explaining my situation, there was no acknowledgment, empathy, or attempt to work toward a reasonable resolution. The response was simply that all fees would apply, no exceptions.
As a returning customer, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer care. Instead, the experience felt very transactional and dismissive.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase fully review the return policy and potential fees beforehand, as even unused items can result in significant out-of-pocket costs.

Buyers beware. I dont understand there is no impact damage. I just sent you pictures you asked for that proves theres not damage. These wheels were purchased and put away til winter was over. We have bad winters with alot of salt on the roads. Theres no miles on the wheels. Theres not even a scratch on them. Its spring and I got a brand new set of wheels i cant use. Just sitting here waiting for a response on what im supposed to do with them. All this time back and forth and your best response is the time frame now is total bullshit. What is your policy on time frame? Why did you even ask for pictures and videos if this was the case? I bought a set of defective wheels from you. I have all the proof that shows

I ordered four tires and received the wrong size and brand tires. I contacted them which they asked for pics. I emailed them pics and waited about a week on what was gonna be done. Was finally emailed back after calling a couple times saying to send them back and once there vendor receives them I will be refunded. Its been 3 weeks since they've received the tires back. Everytime I call i get told they are waiting for the vendor. I asked to talk to the manager and get told he will call you back or hes unavailable. I am still waiting for my refund aswell. Will never do business with BB wheels again very unprofessional. Priority tire is awesome ordered tires from there never have an issue.

I ordered what I thought were replica replacement wheels. I received the order and the wheels didn't fit my truck. I called and sent in several pictures as requested and they will not refund me. They want me to pay a restock fee of over 300.00 and shipping. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't stand behind their products. This is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would

I found the website really easy to navigate. Finding the size tire I wanted was quick with great options and prices without scrolling for hours.

This is the 3rd time I went to BBWheels for wheel and tire upgrades for my vehicles. They are always friendly and helpful which is why when I decide to change my wheels again in a few years, I will definitely be going back with BBWheels again.

Never again will i order through this drop shipping company. After 16 hours of having the tires mounted and balanced (1.5 hours of actual drive time) through a highly reputable tire shop (not a chain) the side wall of the right rear had let go, stranding me @ 5:30am. I had immediately sent an email with a photo to BBWheels customer service and heard back at 9:48am. After sending proof of mount and balance the next day i was told they will send the information to the manufacturer. After emailing 2 of the customer service reps for almost 2 WEEKS i was finally sent a return slip from the manufacturer. In the email i was told and I quote "Please note, the determination of a warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies. Once the product is received at the manufacturer’s warehouse it can take 10-15 business days to inspect and determine if the item is warrantable. BB Wheels does not assume any responsibility related to the warranty claims process. BB Wheels does not cover shipping fees or expenses related to installation, mounting, balancing, and labor incurred by your selected auto shop. You are responsible for the shipping costs to the warehouse, as well as the shipping costs on the replacement product if the warranty claim is approved." So expecting me to wait almost 4 weeks for a tire. I ended up ordering a new tire from a different source and the tire arrived after 2 days. All i needed was a tire, I was not concerned about the cost of the tow, the shipping of the new tire as well as the old tire based off of their email or the dismount and remount of the old/new tire. Super disappointed in the whole process and will never buy from them again.

First off my experience was great!! My order was delivered right on time !! Easy check out easy look up of info, secondly, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, the customer service was easy to get a hold of an actual representative! She walked me through the process of getting my product shipped back to them and refunded. I highly recommend BB Wheels!!
