Bear's Brownies Avis 

Superb product but awful customer service.
My order was delivered with one brownie missing. Customer service refused to accept responsibility as they were 100% sure they couldn’t have made a mistake.
Even suggested that the recipient (my daughter) was playing a practical joke on me by saying it was one short when it wasn’t.
Reading other comments this seems in line with their usual customer service levels.
Such a shame as the Brownies are superb.

2 Stars assuming that when the Brownies finally arrive, they are good! Paid for next day delivery - they were lost and I spend the weekend chasing them up. Emailed and nothing. Emailed again and receive a reply to my first email which asked me if I'd had delivery. I replied again but heard nothing to called BB. I was told that they would be sent again (as they had been lost by the courier) and that I would receive notification. End of the day has passed and nothing again. They may or may not turn up. Their social media team have made it clear that the resending of the exact merchandise that was ordered but lost, was very much a gesture of goodwill. It really is "bear" minimum. Perhaps they will taste good but it would have been quicker to bake and send myself.

Beautiful gift which arrived perfectly on the day requested and was a lovely surprise for my friend she said it was also beautifully packed

So found tne bear brownies website, was needing a gluten free treat for my daughter as she had an accident and had been in hospital, the website was easy to navigate tne brownies had photos on them so easy to do, also a free message was also included which you could say a lot on it, the brownies were not eaten straight away so next day they were and oh my goodness they are AMAZING ♥️ soft, gooey , pure delicious 😋 . Next day delivery as well excellent 👌 defo gonna order again 100% recommend 😋😋😋

I ordered of a box of 18 brownies with photos for my granddaughter's birthday. They arrived in good time and were beautifully packaged. She (and friends who shared them) are thrilled with them, and say they are delicious.
I thoroughly recommend Bear’s Brownies and will definitely order again.

Amazing service, just wish I'd sent some to me at the same time as sending the birthday present I used them for because then I could tell you how scrummy they were too!

My granddaughters say the Brownies were delicious and the World Cup decorations were very good. Due to a slow internet I put through two orders by mistake, emailed the customer service and my money was refunded immediately. Prompt delivery

These were delivered on time and looked and tasted great. Having been gifted some by this same company a couple of weeks before, which were just amazing, these weren’t of consistent heights, quite a few were very flat, doughy and heavy in comparison to the previous ones. Don’t get me wrong, they still tasted delicious, they were just not quite of the quality of the ones my daughter had sent us. I’d still recommend them and buy them again, but be aware that maybe they’re just not consistent. Still very good though, especially my faves.. the blondies.

Contents of box looked correct from photo sent to me after opening, but delivery was a day before the requested and agreed, confirmed date. It was a birthday gift and the recipient was away on holiday on the day of the incorrect delivery.

The brownies smell incredible ! However they did not arrive on the date given, they have arrived a day late. The courier was not careful with the parcel so they are a bit damaged.

Great quality and arrived promptly. My friend was thrilled with her thank you gift for her act of kindness.

Tasted absolutely delicious, designs were incredible, the service was exceptional, delivery on time and assistance on the phone was great. Have ordered more and recommended to others.

Havent tasted them yet but look delicious well presented in a lovely box very fast response to my e-mail queries.
