Customer Service Is Awful!
December 19th, I received a notification that my shoes were delivered. Unfortunately, when I checked my front door, and dropbox there wasn’t anything there.i contacted customer beaspunge’s customer service immediately. I didn’t receive a response until December 23rd. I was informed there was going to be a case open. There was correspondence between customer service and myself until January 4th 2026. The last email I received was the following “ We have opened an investigation with the shipping company and are awaiting their response. We may just have to reship the order or send it directly to you from our office. We will have an update when we’re back at the office tomorrow.” I responded asking them to please not use lasership/Ontrac to ship. After that I have received no follow up. I have emailed them every month since then. I’ve even left a message on instagram, since there isn’t a phone number, and received nothing. I’ve asked for my money back, and still received nothing response.
