BedHead Pajamas Avis 

Purchased for our Christmas Eve gift opening present. EVERYONE loves them and the quality is fabulous. Will be purchasing more.

I ordered pajamas as a Christmas present and paid for overnight shipping, and the pajamas arrived after Christmas. May not be a "Bedhead" problem, but I was hoping to give the pj's as a Christmas present and my sister was leaving town the next day and wasn't able to take her new pj's with her on vacation.

I ordered on Dec 16, paying $15 for second day air. I expected the package to arrive Thursday, December 21 and. Was told that 12/21 was to be the delivery date. Received the package on Wednesday, Dec 27. I need to be refunded the $15 I paid to get second day air. The package was labeled “second day air” when I received it 11 days after I ordered it.

Love your pjs. I feel Iike a 1940s Hollywood movie star in them. Bravo!

I ordered at the last minute before the holidays but got great customer service, received my order VERY quickly and just when I needed it, and the pjs (and robe) were fabulous!

Website was easy to navigate but shipping information and timing was like pulling teeth to get after purchase.

It took 4-5 days to communicate item was out of stock. Customer service did not respond to my response to their email communicating the item was out of stock. No resolution has been made to my knowledge (refunding money or sending alternate style).

Excellent quality pjs. Nice flannel. Quality stitching.
And easy ordering on line. Very pleased and would order again especially since made in USA and the pjs out in retail do not come near these flannel pjs.

I ordered PJs for my mom for Christmas. Fantastic pajamas and great customer service!

My order was not shipped out in time, despite the expedited shipping that I had paid. When I contacted Bed Head customer service via email AND phone voice mail message, I did not receive any communication back in response. Eventually I did receive an email giving me a small credit back for my order, however there was zero direct communication to me and in my opinion more should have been done since my order arrived too late as result of their error. Very bad customer service. I will not order from Bed Head ever again.

Very disappointed with the material. After two washes they are faded and look worn. I've never had this problem with much cheaper pajamas. Not worth the money.

I ordered PJs on 12/11. Never received them and was not contacted.

Online service and experience was terribly disappointing. I spoke with customer service and was not satisfied. Delivery was slow, crediting was beyond slow and being able to communicate via email or telephone was extremely poor.

My order didn’t get there in time before I left for the holidays. UPS wouldn’t hold, and it’s been returned to sender. I’ve emailed - no response. I’ve called - impossible to leave a voicemail. Fail.
