Lager/Pils.....'Out Of Stock' seems to be the norm.
Woeful experience of this website.
Wont be bothering again.

Beer arrived timely and well packaged. By the time we got to drink them 14 days had elapsed, so past the point of free return. I found 5 bottles that were out of date. I contacted them by email, no response, phoned them to chase. The response back is that they had none of that batch left on the shelves, so couldn’t verify what I was saying, I attached photos as evidence! They tried to justify it that it is a best before date not a use by date!! I could either return them at my own cost or accept a 10% refund. Basically they didn’t believe these beers came from them! Not great customer service to blatantly call people liars!
I expected an apology, what I got was being accused of lying. The after service is not great, they couldn’t care less. Told them I wouldn’t buy from them again - didn’t care.
I politely ask that you put extra checks and measures in place, as your ‘current checks’ have let you down and lost you a customer.
Not good calling customers liars.

Most of the beers were out of stock, some of the beers I did manage to get were smashed on delivery by the DHL driver, who even took a picture of the box to prove delivery while liquid was leaking out on to the floor. When I emailed in about it to Beers of Europe, I was met with a sarcastic reply, not good people skills. Earned themselves a bad review on this occasion.

A fantastic service was provided regarding a previous order that my Dad had bought me. In his memory, and a toast, I aim to buy the same order each year, which happens to be at Christmas. Many thanks.

Had multiple issues with orders in past, but prices were decent. Now with prices going up 30%+ since May it's just not worth it any more.

Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient.

It's that so many porters, stouts and ales are always out of stock....it's been two years and barely 10% is actually in stock. So disappointing as previously some good porters from them but just stuff you can get in supermarkets now...

Delivered promptly, very well packed. Couldn't be more pleased (makes a change for me!!)

Ordered and paid for Aventinus beer from Beers of Europe.
It didn’t arrive as scheduled - on contact Beers of Europe considered that they “should not me speaking to” me as my contract was with Amazon - they were doing me a favour looking into the problem ! All very high-handed.
Beers of Europe then decided to cancel the order - without contacting me.
I will never use this company again - and if you rely on trustworthy service you might want to consider if you want to pay for something that isn’t going to arrive !

Always been happy with past orders until this last one. Half the beers had a very short best before date.
Sent 3 messages to them no reply to any. So they have now lost me as a customer.

In addition to offering the beers that I wanted at reasonable prices, with prompt delivery, I was given extra assistance by helpful staff.

Ordered before lunchtime on the 1st and delivered on the 2nd, not to mention the great beer arriving in great condition too, thanks to the great packing etc......not the first order I have received, but was overdue leaving feedback previously!

Always 5 stars from me. I have never had any bother with B of E. They are courteous when i have had to call, always process orders quickly, on the odd occasion i have had damaged goods they have refunded immediately. A top company to deal with.

Can't fault beers of europe at all. Order from them often as they have an amazing collection of beers and delivery is always top notch. Recently DHL lost a case of beer and beers of europe have shipped lost case out straight away to replace. Well done guy's really appreciate it. Happy customer!!! Thanks Mark 😊

Just a great all round service. Tremendous range of beers from around the world, at a good price. Ordering is really easy and delivery is normally pretty quick. Never had a problem yet.
