After reading an excellent article on the internet regarding Retirement Villages written by Mark Lumley of Beger & Co, Lawyers, we followed it up with a consultation. Very concerned about avoiding a costly disaster we were most impressed with Mark's expertise. He was very thorough working through every aspect of the contract presented & followed up with several emails & phone calls. We were made very welcome by the friendly staff.

It was important to us
It was important to us, prior to signing with Living Choice Woodcroft, that we fully understood the contract.We found Mark Lumley very helpful in explaining everything to us and subsequently we signed the contract.We are now very happy in our New Villa at Living Choice.From the first time I spoke to Mark I felt comfortable therefore also engaged him and Amanda to act as the Conveyancer following sale of our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark to future clients.

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service! We are a NSW based debt collection agency and we needed help with a debtor in South Australia. Peter and the team handled our matter from start to finish, providing a finished Judgment that we could then enforce for our client. We have since obtained payment in the sum of $18,000 towards the debt with one Garnishee Order, which we could not have done without Beger & Co Lawyers!
