Saving My Hair and Restoring My Confidence
I’ve been visiting the Belgravia Centre for just over five years, and I’m extremely grateful that I decided to go. I was very worried about my hair loss, but their treatment not only stopped it from progressing — it has significantly improved the texture and thickness of my hair.
They were straightforward from the beginning: “If you take two pills a day, we can save your hair.” I followed their guidance, and it worked.
I’m genuinely thankful to the staff at the Belgravia Centre. They’ve been consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and they made my decision to trust their judgement completely worthwhile.

I've been with The Belgravia Centre for three months now and the progress has genuinely surprised me. The areas that were thinning and weakest have filled in noticeably and are now significantly thicker than when I started. What really drove it home was seeing the before-and-after images at the clinic; the difference side by side was hard to miss.

Belgravia centre is extremely well run
The Belgravia centre is very well run with staff who are prompt, efficient and knowledgable and extremely professional (in person, on the phone or via email)
I also have regular scalp treatments before every checkup so that my hair and scalp are product free and also because I enjoy this experience that is always delivered to a high standard.

The follow up sessions are okay (including the one I had last week), but you don’t really get a lot of information or a thorough analysis of your progress. Scalp analysis and pull tests, for example, were only done in the first session - after that it’s just a few questions and pictures. In my case, they always look a little different (light, distance, etc. vary) so hard to compare meaningfully.

When I first came to Belgravia, I had already read many success stories, but the experience of the initial consultation really confirmed how professional and trustworthy they are.
From the very beginning, there was no hard selling or pressure. The consultation was honest and tailored to me, including detailed scalp scans that were explained clearly and shown on screen. I was advised on the most suitable treatment for my situation, as well as what would not be helpful, which I really appreciated.
Throughout the treatment, follow-ups have been consistent, with regular check-ins and visits that make you feel supported rather than forgotten. Payment options are straightforward and transparent, which makes the whole process easy to manage.
One of the most reassuring moments early on was seeing my before-and-after photos. While I could already feel a difference, seeing the visual improvement really reinforced that the treatment was working.
I am now in my third year with Belgravia and continue to be very satisfied with both the results and the service. The improvements I achieved have been maintained, and the level of care and professionalism has remained consistent throughout my time as a client.
Hair loss treatment is a long-term commitment, so having a clinic that continues to provide support years later is important. Looking back, starting treatment when I did was definitely the right decision.
