Where's my package?!...
Do not expect to receive your item.... ever!!!! I'm still waiting for my order that I placed a month ago. I've reached out 3 times and they have never responded back!! I've even called the number Google has for their website. Noone ever answers! I feel like I will never receive it! It is a gift for my wonderful, beautiful daughter that's so deserving !!!!!im so sad!!!

My lawyer is asking for all evidence that this Belove Jewellery company is a fraud. Also, when you wanted to write me about your order, what did you look up to find the fraudulent company but came across mine instead?

We have recently been made aware of several instances where people have encountered issues with regard to orders that were placed with this deceptive website that is utilizing a name that is similar to ours. I would dispute the charges with your bank. They won’t be able to reach this company as they have a lawyer’s office listed as the company phone number and since I have called them 100’s of times there is NO ONE to answer. You will definitely win the dispute! The amount of bad reviews people listed on my page vs the real culprit has been agonizing and I have been fighting every single day. PLEASE REMOVE THIS REVIEW AS YOU DID NOT PURCHASE FROM MY COMPANY.
I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter and I never received a necklace and my credit card was charged

Ordered over two weeks ago and no update that it has even shipped. Still processing order is what it says. I left an email saying if it didn’t ship the next day to cancel my order. No response and no way on the website to officially cancel the order. If it isn’t here in the next few days I’ll fight the charge and go to the BBB. This company is ridiculous

DONT GIVE THEM UR MONEY
This is the worst place ever to order from. Not only did I wait almost 2 months to receive it but it wasn't what I ordered it feels cheap and the clasp wouldn't even open. The engraving was so bad u can't read it. I was so embarrassed when my friend open this.
I just reached out to customer service for a refund let's see how this goes. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed!!!

Brought a ring was nothing like the photo. Had none of the sentimental writing it was meant to have. Was told if I wanted to return it I have to pay to send it to china. At the same time I ordered a bracelet that broke trying to put it on. Complete rip-off DO NOT BUY this rubbish
