We visited the Aberdeen store to look…
We visited the Aberdeen store to look at king size mattresses to replace our existing one. Gary gave us excellent advice and was very knowledgeable on the available products. Received a 2 hour delivery slot, then a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. Impressed with their efficiency and speed at taking the old mattress away and positioning our new one.
Our new I-gel mattress is very comfortable and we are delighted with it!

Good experience all representatives were polite and helpful only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I asked about recycling my old mattress and was told this is not a service they offered only to find once I received my invoice and other services offered that you did in-fact offer this service not a disaster but disappointing as I’ve now got arrange this service

Nice instore service.
Pleasant store assistant, asked if we needed help, answered what we needed to know. We wanted to browse and try out the mattress without feeling silly so she left us to do that.
Gave us time to decide which one we liked.
Informed us of delivery date, the time that we could try out the item at home and return it.
Pleasant chat with nice manners.
Job done. Happy customers. 😊

We were unsure of what would suit us in a mattress best, once we'd been on the sleep pro bed, we understood our needs much better, also thanks to Daniel and his knowledge, this helped us immensely.

A really nice accommodating, informative
& professional young lady that treated us with dignity & respect in relation to a different branded mattress that we had some issues with after only 15 months & subsequently being returned due to a fault.

Very Impressive
The staff at the Aberdeen store noticed us quickly and responded immediately to what we wanted. He was good enough to spot we were not interested in anything else, so quickly switched to booking us in and taking payment.
The delivery was efficient and the delivery crew was fast and courteous. Well done all round.
