Assistant was very helpful
Assistant was very helpful. She offered me the opportunity to lie down on the extra firm mattress or even have a sleep. She was very polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

A great experience
We visited the Ashton-under-Lyne store, and Jake greeted us, answered all our questions, and recommended a mattress that we ended up buying.
The whole process from start to finish was a very pleasant experience. The firm mattress I bought is helping with my bad back, and I have no complaints so far.

Disappointed
Originally went into Besons to purchase a low divan base, couldn't get what I wanted, there was an ottoman bed on display that looked the part, went home to measure up, we only measured length wise, not realising that a ottoman 4ft 6in bed is a hell of a lot wider, we ordered it ,
Consequently when it arrived it didn't fit, went back to the shop, explained what had happened, if you want your money back they charge you 20% of the cost. Rather than loose all that money I compromised on another base and headboard, i had paid a £100 installation for the previous bed, but was still charged £50 for the installation of the new bed, I love the new base and headboard, only problem is the colour i picked is great on the base, but drawers and headboard are a shade darker. Looked after bensons rules and regulations online, if does say about differing shades, so thats it. Would i recommend Bensons no.

We understand your frustration and have taken note of your feedback. The full value of what you spent on your on first order was transferred to your reselection and you paid the difference so you did not pay installation costs twice, only once on the second order.

Exceptional service from start to finish
Excellent service from choosing and ordering the mattress with the member of staff, Jake, to the delivery by James and his driver mate who took the mattress upstairs for us due to a disability. Kept up to date regularly with delivery time and would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant experience
When we arrived at Bensons for beds, we were greeted by the very friendly & helpful Farai. He gave us a pillow each and encouraged us to try all the beds we wanted to, he made sure he was always near to us in case we needed any help but without being in our faces.
The mattress which was right for us was the Simba hybrid medium/firm mattress.
The delivery was also great, the delivery people contacted me the day before, to check that the delivery slot was still convenient. On the day, they were running ahead of schedule, so contacted me to see if it was ok to deliver my mattress early. They were both very friendly and efficient.
Overall we have had a great experience and I would highly recommend Bensons for beds.
