Sue the assistant was excellent, from start to finish she explained everything to the point, made everything so easy and friendly, if you want any advice or buying a new bed don't hesitate and see sue Harris in the shop

Popped in just to look as our current mattress was so uncomfortable- we were given great advice and tried several different mattresses with no pressure or time constraint at all. So glad we went in as I thought a ‘medium’ would suit us best but turns out ‘firm’ is far more comfortable for us! Brilliant sales guy - smooth, easy transaction with so much advice too…..delivery in 4wks! Thank you Bensons

The delivery men hid the damage to the outer packaging by leaning it against the wall - this subsequently hid the damage to the headboard. After delivery was three hours later than expected , this just adds insult to injury. If they had explained it was damaged I would be less annoyed than I am now.

Susan at Barnstaple store was very knowledgable, I wanted a super king but after discussion I discovered super king divan split lengthways for transportation ( rather than divan splitting widthways ) and my dimensions of hallway from doorway would mean it would be impossible and that would be my fault, we went for king size with zip in middle mattress, as a mattress would still need to be bent to get upstairs, and again an expensive spring mattress could not do that. thankfully Susan’s knowledge stopped me making a big expensive mistake

Connor was very helpful from the time I walked into the store. I told him my requirements but that I had no idea what would be best for me. He showed me a number of different mattresses explaining the benefits of each. He did not rush me as I went between suggested mattresses a number of times before settling on the one I wanted. Once chosen he suggested different added options and dealt with all the paperwork quickly. I am now looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress.

I was greeted the minute I walked through the door and was shown several beds but didn't feel rushed. The assistant answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the procedures fully

Your customer adviser, Susan, was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. She clearly explained the features of different mattresses and encouraged us to try them by lying on them. She then left us alone to enable us to do this and discuss the products between ourselves. When we decided to purchase a mattress, she took us through the ordering and delivery process clearly.

We visited the Barnstaple store to view beds , mattresses and bedroom furniture. Both Connor & Sue were very helpful & knowledgeable on all their products and services. Once we had checked against costs of competitor's we ordered two Ottoman beds on a black friday deal at a fantastic price with 0% interest.
