A very happy sleeper
From purchase all the way to delivery, the experience exceeded my expectations. The day after purchasing my bed & mattress I saw the same items on the bensons website for slightly cheaper than what I paid due to an online promotion. The team wasted no time in finding a way to price match and successfully managed to do so which led to me saving about £80. For that I can’t thank them enough. On the day of purchase i was given the space to browse, review my choices and even reassess bed frames/mattresses before making the ultimate decision. Thank you to the entire team.

Great range & service
Great range of mattresses & beds. Customer service was excellent. We were helped by Ayesha, she did a great job of explaining all our options on mattresses & ways to pay. Very polite and friendly service. Would definitely recommend Bensons to friends & family.

I just love Benson for beds, their customer service is always great. I have bought 3 beds, headboards and a good quality mattress from them in the last 13 months. The prices are reasonable especially with the 25% discounts.

Really good experience using Bensons for the first time. The sales person in Beckton (Jay) was really knowledgeable about the products, and not pushy with sales at all. Delivery was on the day specified, and arrived earlier than the time slot which suited us fine. Delivery persons both friendly, and carried the items upstairs and left them in space as asked. Even took their shoes off when entering the house without being asked. Great communication and service overall. And we are very happy with our purchase.
