Normally don't do reviews until delivery. But on this occasion the staff was great and very helpful.

Excellent service. We got a replacement without too much hassle as the bed could not fit in our bedroom door

The sales was big attraction, up to 50% off mattress. I bought mine on last day of sales. It is very good value for money. It was nice to try on and felt the real thing rather than bought it online something that it cannot be laid on. The staffs was very helpful, friendly and experienced in that Beckton retail store.

Customer service was excellent with all information we wanted to know.

The sales assistant was very polite helpful. Did not pressure me and my wife but let us go round in our own time . My wife is disabled and felt really relaxed around her the sales assistant. Sometimes, I can become very anxious, when I need to go into retail shops to buy a purchase, but in this case, I did not once feel that way. I was introduced by the young lady, who made my feel at ease. She was very polite and knowledgeable about each products. She did not once pressure us into buying something straight away.

We were able to browse around the shops, without feeling watched. There were a large number of products to choose from. May I add Child friendly also. I would definitely recommend going to Bensons Beds.

The store items were well displayed and and that makes viewing very easy.
