Marcus assisted us throughout our visits, he is a very helpful, pleasant sales advisor, he talked us through all the aspects of each bed and how they were constructed, patiently worked with us whilst we were making our decision, whilst also expressing other options to consider. What a wonderful person to have in your store, friendly, helpful and very professional.

Beds are beautiful specially the one i picked out Celia(Grey). The most comfortable mattress to go with it, couldn’t be more happy of the craftsmanship. Customer service amazing from not only sales colleague that helped me out but the management too. Amazing!!

Great customer service from Daria and…
Great customer service from Daria and Marcus at the Bedford branch. Both were very helpful. Marcus in particular was very patient as he explained the different types of mattresses to me as I tried them out and then said I should go away, think about it and come back and try again which I did. The staff also helped me in organising disposal of my old mattress and when I needed to alter my delivery date, it was not a problem. When I cancelled my first order because I had changed my mind, the main office gave a refund immediately.
My new mattress arrived on time and the two delivery men Ricardo and John were very helpful, polite and courteous.
Go and visit this company if you are thinking about getting a new mattress.

We went into explore buying a new mattress and left having bought one. The young man who served us, Farai, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mr. Maz was very helpful and showed all the mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each .
We could lie on different mattresses and could select the mattress.
