Excellent service from Manager in Biggleswade store, who I understand has now moved on. Great deal offered on an expensive purchase. Delivery drivers Janis & Chichi very helpful and delivered to bedroom with no issues.

We were left alone to peruse, when we did need service, the gentleman was polite informative and not pushy, he answered all our questions. We purchased a mattress sorted out delivery very quickly. Prefect buying experience.

I was warmly greeted by Mohamed Hanif at the Biggleswade store and I said I was looking for a new mattress. He asked a few questions, showed me around 8-10 mattresses that he thought would be suitable (at varying price ranges), each time kindly encouraging me to try them out to see if I found them comfortable. He then asked if I would like some time to look around/to try any others, and assured me that he would be more than happy to help if I needed him. I tried many more mattresses, but in the end opted for one that Mohamed had suggested at the very start! The level of service I received was fantastic and I was grateful to receive all the information I needed, as well as the space, time and freedom to browse (and test mattresses) at my leisure. I also spoke with Mohamed's supervisor, Mumin Ahmed, who was equally kind, friendly, courteous and patient. I did not feel pressured into buying anything at any time, I would highly recommend the Biggleswade store and I hope that Bensons for Beds will read this review and take the time to thank their staff members for their support.

Very good choice of beds & mattresses, gets a bit confusing though the more you lay on. The staff gave me advice that made it a bit easier.

Excellent customer service and a relaxing, welcoming environment. Mohamed took his time to talk to us about our specific situation and recommended mattresses based on our very different tastes as a couple. The attention we received as customers goes far beyond any other stores in the area, and we felt very well cared for. Mohamed is a genius and inviting conversationalist. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that we couldn't spend more time getting to know him! Interesting fellow.

We have been multiple times. This past time was to confirm our mattress "hardness". On arrival we looked at frames as well and headboards, but we ultimately found the mattress we originally planned to purchase. The salesman: Mohamed Hanif and his a Manager were very professional and courteous. Mohamed is an older chap and let us go about our business and made comments where needed and explained the differences. Ultimately he guided us or had us test out a few different from what we originally intended and we infact decided there and then to change our original purchase choice to one of the others he introduced to us. Store is clean and tidy, everything is there for what you need and loads of choices/design to view and ensure you're pleased with what you will be receiving. I'd buy again or recommend

Mo was a lovely man and treated my daughter and I very well indeed throughout our shop visit.

We visited the store to find a firm but comfortable mattress to replace an old, soft one that gave inadequate support for someone with chronic pain from a back injury. The sales agent was quick to understand our requirement and showed us a small range of products that might be suitable, taking care to explain the pros and cons of each. He gave open answers to our questions and at no point did we feel under any pressure. This approach gave us confidence in making the right choice when placing our order. All round it was a pleasant experience.

Hanif was very knowledgeable & advised when needed, we are very happy with our purchase & would highly recommend.
