Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order. Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

Bed shopping
Steve asked how we were getting on and advised when we asked the questions. He made himself available and allowed us to try numerous beds and mattress before we made our decision. He explained the process of purchasing, delivery and the removal of our old mattress. Great experience.

Great Job
Staff at the Bishop Auckland store were excellent Steve and Jasmine are very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
The updates on date and time of delivery are very useful also the delivery and assembly by Stew and Lee went very smoothly.
Would definitely recommend.

All staff have been amazing the lady that sold me the bed was so helpful and I learnt a lot from her,to the two delivery men peter and kev very helpful and friendly. Thank you all lovely people.

Bensons for beds, Bensons for best.
Having recently purchased an electrically operated storage divan bed from Bensons we thought we would upgrade our pillows to something with a bit more support, and as Bensons have an extensive range we looked no further. Plus the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly without being " overly pushy" like we have encountered in other stores, but if you do need help or advice they are there for you. Many thanks to all concerned.

1st class service
Jasmine greeted us as we walked in with a smile, a good morning, a how are you doing today, and a how can I help you?
This made us feel very welcome. We explained what we needed, me being over weight and my husband being very tall. She took us through all of the options but allowed us plenty of time to test lots of mattress types. She left us plenty of time for us to discuss privately what our thoughts were.
She returned to us quickly when we had more questions and explained to us in very simple, easily understood terms that answered all of our questions and worries. She also explained optional extras, headboards, bed bases and colours. We were very impressed with her knowledge and how easily we built a repore with her.
1st class service and would highly recommend this store.

The bed and delivery were excellent
The bed and delivery were excellent. Although the sales staff were a bit sneaky. They added an installation cost of around £90 to my bill without asking or telling me. I only realised when i read through the paperwork. I told them to remove it, which they did. However they shouldn't have added it without asking if i wanted it.
