Very easy process
Very easy process. Good information by Arthur at the showroom, ordering and payment was done and delivery happened exactly as promised. Communication was good throughout. It was refreshing that a company does what it says it will do with very little fuss.

Great service!
Great service from selecting a bed and mattress from thier extensive range, through to sales, and to delivery. Delivery was particularly stand out as they took the bed upstairs, the turning staircase no match for them.

Bishopbriggs branch
Oliver at the bishopbriggs branch, couldn't have been any more perfect. Seemed very knowledgeable about types , sizes and firmness of mattresses. He did everything he could to get me exactly what I needed.
My mother and sister had recommended Bensons and I would also recommend. The staff were all cheerful and polite. They were clean and smart as was the showroom.
Cannot wait to get my new bed and mattress!

Very pleased overall
Very pleased with the service in the shop, the delivery and the bed itself. The only issue was that the wooden Hop Hop bed was a bit difficult to erect and four screws were not supplied, my husband had to use his own.
