From the initial visit to the store and the sales women all went very well. My only issue is when they delivered the mattress they left the plastic wrapper on it which I had to remove and discard.

Absolutely amazing service from store to deliver. Amazing lady who helped us to chose product explained everything in detail. I m very pleased with their service.

Had a great experience at Benson for Beds in Middlebrook picking out my new mattress. Hawa looked after me from the moment I walked in. She was super friendly, really helpful, and made the whole thing feel easy. She sorted me out with a brilliant deal too, which was a nice bonus.

The SleepPro experience honestly blew me away. I’ve never tried anything like it before. It was fun, surprisingly accurate, and made choosing the right mattress feel way less stressful than I expected.

Overall, I left really happy with my purchase and the service I got. Big thanks to Hawa and the team. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new bed or mattress.

Easygoing process no pushy salesman when we needed advice a knowledgeable person was on hand to assist

Ordered mattress and bed at end of July.Could not accept first delivery date so given date mid September. Received numerous e mails telling me how my mattress was being carefully crafted just for me etc but day before due date was informed my mattress not in stock! Had to wait another fortnight taking us to September 24th

I bought a bed, no pressure from the sales team. That night I had second thoughts. Called the next day and changed my order. Very easy and no problem with the staff. Very welcoming team. I questioned the different types of mattress and received knowledgable response.

Delivery came on the date agreed. The delivery me were respectful about not scratching walls. We had a good level of communication for the delivery also.

I would happily recommend and shop with Bensons again. Thank you!

Good choice of bedroom furniture,which is what we were looking for. Good range of prices.Discount given for Blue Light Card holders too .. Excellent staff member called " Zam" at Middlebrook Branch . No pressure selling but top class salesman for advice and answering any questions that we had .Very polite and cheerful .

Really impressed from start to finish. We weren’t quite sure what type of mattress we wanted and were encouraged to try out the different types, even being given a pillow to take from bed to bed. There was no pressure whatsoever and we were given time to try out and discuss amongst ourselves. We then approached the sales assistant for help. Again no pressure to buy. Hawa, who looked after us, was very helpful and couldn’t have done any more to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Today we visited the Middlebrook Bensons for Beds store. We were really happy with our experience. We got a really great deal on a fabulous new bed at a really good price, and the advice we received was excellent. The staff member that helped us (Mawa) was super helpful, friendly and gave great advice as well as making the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds!
