Bensons For Beds - Brighton Avis 

Bought a bed and mattress from Brighton store and they were very helpful, not trying to oversell etc. Bed has now been delivered and assembled and so far so good although its only been slept in for a few nights.
Delivery was great, kept informed all the time and given 2 hour slot and called half hour before.
Assembly was easy (bought an ottoman).
All good, can't fault anything.

We had a warm welcome and didn’t feel pressured to choose a specific mattress. The salesperson, Ryan listened to what we were looking for and was knowledgeable in his recommendations. He gave us the time we needed to look around and decide. We had an excellent customer service. We would recommend this product and a visit to the team at the Brighton store.

Every element of the service was first class. The team at the Brighton store couldn’t have been more helpful when I went in to order. Was kept upto date throughout around delivery timeline and then the team that delivered and built the wardrobe were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend Bensons for Beds highly enough.

Went into Bensons in brighton to look for new bedbase and headboard, was greeted by Ade who was amazing from his knowledge to his friendliness was a great experience. He helped me find just what I was looking for from start to finalising my purchase . Will be going back to Bensons when the time comes to replace anything

The service we received from the shop staff was excellent. He was great in helping up choose the right type of bed for us, and was very helpful in helping us to bring our delivery date forward when we requested a change

Friendly staff, and I didn't have to wait too lo long like other large chains. The sofa itself was packed with a minimal amount of material which is great for the environment. The sofa is fairly comfortable but not the best. I like how you can use it together or apart, so versatile. Overall a good experience. Thank you benson for beds, and the team at brighton

Manisha greeted me on arrival and from our brief conversation was able to show me about 6 different mattresses which would suit my preferences
I just fell in love with the gel one
Next she showed me the bed frames and headboards and when she noticed my difficulties in pulling up the ottoman beds she showed me an electric powered one, which although being expensive, I reckon it will be a godsend for me in the future

good customer service, not pressurized, I spent several hours in the store rolling around on the beds having found even the same categories of firmness differ substantially from different manufacturers and I was left alone to make my decision as to what I wanted. So thank you Nick, you answered all my questions and for letting me "test drive " the beds, Lol

I went to the Brighton store. A good display of bed options. The staffe member (Ryan), was personable and knowledgeable. I’d say he was the reason we decided to make the purchase.

We have bought our previous two Sealy beds from Bensons at Lyons Farm, Worthing and have always been very pleased with the service and helpfulness of the salesmen. However, that store has closed, so I found the Bensons store at Lewes Road on Google. Although in a busy part of Brighton, it was very easy to reach from the A27 and also had a car park for customers. Having got a broken back and broken hip, my mobility is compromised but, with crutches and my husband’s help, walked 20yards to the entrance. Immediately struck by the large shop and its display of beds. We were greeted by Iqbal and he very kindly made sure we were comfortable and took our coats and enquired as to what we were interested in. We told him that we like Sealy beds, as they suit us both with back problems. I explained I need a pillow under my knees and two pillows to support my head and neck. Iqbal guided us over to look at three Sealy beds to try. One firm and two medium. He also explained the sale prices and the mattress and divan bases were sold separately. He made sure my crutches and bag were safe and my husband and I tested the beds. Iqbal had remembered I needed a pillow under my knees. My husband and I agreed each medium bed was so comfortable. The firm mattress didn’t suit us. Iqbal explained how the mattresses are made and that they have a ten year guarantee. He is a really good salesman. Not at all pushy and he answered our questions clearly and concisely. Another salesman called Ryan, came over and I asked if we could have a cuppa each and he sweetly went off and made us drinks when we were ready to do the paperwork for our chosen bed and base. My husband and I had already made our minds up as both of us didn’t want to get off the one we chose! The paperwork was started and we were guided through the whole process and all options explained to us. We decided to pay for the disposal of our current bed and base and the delivery and and putting the new bed together and in situ. We turned down new pillows etc as we’d just bought new ones. We enjoyed our tea and coffee and felt very pleased we’d chosen this particular store. There were two other salesmen on duty and they all seemed a very happy team and very friendly and polite. Iqbal completed our purchase and double checked everything with us and arranged delivery for the end of January. This being the end of December and the holidays, we thought this was excellent service. We have no hesitation in recommending Benson beds at their Lewes Road store for your next bed. Plenty to choose from and excellent staff. Thank you all.

I live In crawley and had previously visited and purchased an orthopaedic mattress a few years ago unaware that the crawley store had shut down the nearest bensons was in Brighton. Me and my family drove down there and it was worth the drive as we met Ryan who assisted us with our purchase he was very professional polite patient and explained everything that we were after we ended up buying stuff worth nearly £5000. Would definitely recommend the Brighton store and would visit again in the future.

Nick went out of his way to understand our needs, both physically and financially. We knew that we would have to make some compromises but with his help we were able to limit this, the guidance and knowledge he had was amazing.
