Amazing service again from Bensons for beds at Westwood cross Broadstairs.
As we walked into the store we were welcomed and ask if we needed any help, we explained what we were after and Tyrell escorted us to the products. He left us to wander around the department. As We left the store, we told Tyrell we had made other arrangements to meet friends. He told us what time the store was closing that day and it certainly would not be an inconvenience if we came in 5 minutes before they closed. We returned to the store to see Tyrell and he was with another client, we were approached by Mark the manager who explained that Tyrell had told him what we after, he assisted us with all our needs.Needless to say we purchased the products. The service we received was absolutely fantastic.

We were warmly welcomed when we entered the store. Karen gave us the space to browse without making us feel pressured but was on hand to offer guidance when needed. The advice and help we were given was informative without being pushy - this made the experience so much better than you often get in similar places.
