Bensons For Beds - Byfleet Avis 

Whole experience was first class. Kept well informed from start to finish and cannot fault the superb customer service. Delivey men were very efficient, polite, friendly and very happy. Liked the way the mattress was wrapped in plastic for protection and the old one also covered in plastic for return. No hassle throughout and would highly recommend Bensons to my friends. Not sure of location for review, but live in Suffolk.

Arrived on time stated. Phoned before to reassure us. Helpful with advice about delivery of larger Mattress ie you take from bed to van and deliver from van to bed.

Good product, good store experience at Byfleet. Delivery guys Julio and Ollie were amazing-great ambassadors for Bensons

The bed base was not a great quality
the delivery service was terrible. Two man delivery and one of them arrogant and rude. Most unhelpful

They were closing down so got a good deal but when put through the till it was more than I expected / prices on website/ price on tickets so I went back - manager was fantastic sorted it all out kept me updated and refunded the difference- he is an asset to the team

We had fantastic help & service from Lorraine (at the Byfleet branch) choosing a mattress for my daughter. My daughter is over the moon with her new mattress.

We were able to try lots of beds without any pressure to buy one. We found the perfect bed that was comfortable, but would also fit our tight staircase as it was a modular zip and link design (who knew!). The Bensons staff member was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Ordering was easy. The delivery was on time and delivered to the room I wanted. They even offered to take their shoes off! It was a flat pack bed but went together easily with easy to follow instructions.

Went to the Byfleet branch and received excellent service, even from a new member of staff on his day one! Good support from the team. Delivered on the stated day. Very happy all round.
