Please don't ever close your stores . We always buy our mattress from Benson's as the customer service is always excellent and you cannot get an idea of a mattress online, you need to see and try it first.

Jon was very helpful without being…
Jon was very helpful without being overly so. There wasnt any problem with me trying different beds and mattresses and my friend also said he was great. Even though i changed my mind sometimes he let me have extra time and also made suggestions that were invaluable. It was overall a really good experience and i will recommend friends and family to visit Bensons.

Did not construct the bed .Just left…
Did not construct the bed .Just left us to unpack and construct it .As we are aged 91 an 88 we could not manage this .Fortunately a friend helped .But we are left with masses of plastic wrapping which has to be disposed of .On contacting their shop we were told we should have choen to pay for them to put the bed together .We were definitely not given this option or we would certainly have done so .
