Bensons For Beds - Camborne Avis 

Went in on 26th April and was approached by a lovely lady and gentleman who were very welcoming, very helpful with working around our budget and trying to help. On the day I didn’t purchase anything as I wanted to go and make sure I’d got a good deal and was the right mattress for me.

I later returned on the 28th April to purchase the mattress that I was shown and had a good chat with the two members of staff in the Camborne store, both very welcoming again and very good customer service. They sold the mattress to me, not because of the product but because of the people and the service they provided. Thankyou.

We visited the Camborne store and received excellent customer service by Ali. The bed we were interested in was was fully explained to us enabling us to make sure we were making the right decision.

Jon made the whole process easy going and had a great attitude and enthusiastic energy. A quick, simple and painless experience and he was a credit to your store.

Kept informed of delivery time from order to delivery. Experienced work men. Bed constructed and old one removed.

I have bought an extra firm mattress which is necessary for me due to my disability, I hate it. It got sounds of wires like very old fashion mattress in my grandma’s room.
It was the waste of money and I am so disappointed of spending that much money on mattress like this.

Jon who dealt with us in the Camborne, Cornwall branch was very good. He gave us lots of information about what we was looking at and was very helpful answering all the questions we asked. He was very polite and not pushy( as some shops can be).

First time buying a mattress from Bensons and the whole experience was good. The shop floor was well laid out and tidy, plenty of staff around to help. We were helped by a chap called Jon who was brilliant, really informative, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions without being to pushy. Had a great deal in the after Xmas sale too.

Bought our new mattress from Ali at Bensons for Bed she was really nice not pushy at all gave us a lot of information to make us decide what would be the best mattress for us it was so comfortable the one we purchased can’t wait for it to be delivered and have a real comfy night sleep.
