From purchasing the bed to the delivery guys, great communication. The delivery guys were very respectful and courteous

The store is easy to navigate and has free parking right outside.
We had all our questions answered fully and we had plenty of time to try out various mattresses and pillows.
No hard sell, even though we bought!
Very happy.
We have yet to have what we bought delivered. 3yrs interest free credit and a 40 day try out period are also good reasons to buy from Bensons Beds.

The store was very quiet and so I had help almost instantly asking if I needed any assistance in what I am looking for. She showed me to a couple of beds that had the firm mattress that I required and asked if I wanted to try them out. Very pleasant lady but didn't catch her name as my memory isn't cracked up to what it should be. Altogether a very happy experience all round

Excellent service from Emma. She helped us find the mattress we were looking for, she listened to our needs and answered them with the relevant products.

The lady that sold us our bed was courteous and didn’t pressurise us at all which won us over - I won’t buy from the traditional sales person who uses sales tactics and is false and she certainly wasn’t - thank you.

So far so good …great service and the bed frame, ottoman, looks lovely in store. Just waiting for assembly and delivery

A fault developed with the mattress we purchased two years ago. Friendly and helpful customer care and store staff helped us choose a replacement mattress.

My dealings in store were with the sales assistant George who was charming, patient and courteous at all times, and had a thorough knowledge of all the products and services that Bensons had on offer.

Sales assistant in store was very attentive & helpful, not at all pushy which we don’t like. In the end I bought quilts, pillows etc so I hadn’t got to go to other stores.

Very good in store experience, excellent fast delivery. Paul and Ian were friendly and handled the matress carefully upstairs for us.
The igel mattress is an excellent product.

Emma the sales lady didn’t try and point us to the most expensive item and gave us a explanation of each product. We didn’t feel like she was being overly pushy

Do not get there IGL Advance 2050I CR mattress with the cooling stuff it's aload of rubbish all the mattress does is stores the heat and releases it so you wake up sweating every single time and no where near as comfortable I thought it would be and the fact I paid over a grand for it that was with a sale and discount I'm not happy and now have to suffer with this as I do not have the money to get a new one
