Bensons For Beds - Canterbury City Retail Park Avis 

My experience with Ben at Benson was very good he allowed me plenty of time when choosing the bed and mattress. Ben was polite and patient and knowledgeable regarding the stock... I didn't score the highest number as I have a 12 to 14 week wait for my bed to be delivered.

Andrew, our customer assistant at the Canterbury branch, was impeccable and made the whole experience so easy for us. Andrew definitely knew what he was talking about and assisted with our decision making throughout. He was professional with a lovely sense of humour and I would highly recommend.

The patience & experience of Jo our Benson shop assistant. Initially, we lay on a body bed shape analysing mattress machine. Then she showed us a selection of beds the device had decided were most suitable.

All good the mattresss was delivered on time and the driver unpacked it and installed it ok very happy

The staff at Canterbury were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy I was kept in the loop throughout by head office and so far so good the mattress is meeting my expectations come back in five years for an update

This would be a five star review for the service and product selection. However, the finance service by "V12" is lacking. We were set up by Bensons to do the finance application which resulted is us being sent an email invitation to V12's application form. This email sent us to the front page that does not do anything but loop on the 'continue' button. So I have got to now talk to them to get that sorted......aaagh.

The help given in the Canterbury shop was excellent with clear information. The process of payment and explanations about delivery were very good.
We were kept well infirmed about the progress of the order and the times of delivery.
The delivery was within the ecoected time slot and the crew were most polite and efficient. An excellent experience all round.

Jo had extensive knowledge about the products and covered everything we needed to know about each of the mattresses we were trying. Her approach was gentle, not pushy, allowing us the space to discuss each mattresses we tried. We did decide on a mattress, and she talked us through the whole process of making a deposit then applying for the credit options. Overall she was very helpful, offered us a drink of cold water as it was a very hot day in the store, and made sure our needs, and my extra needs with having a disability, were met.

Great service at the store and listened to our wants. Delivery was seamless with clear communication.

We were greeted as we entered the store, we said what we were looking for and were offered to try the appropriate mattresses within our price range. Ben talked us through the different mattresses and pillows until we found one we were happy with.

Andy was extremely helpful and informative about the range of products, particularly in helping guide us make the right choice. Which has turned out a great comfortable experience on the item and service!
