Been to several different similar…
Been to several different similar stores and don't like it when you get pounced on as soon as you enter. It intimidates some people or they end up accepting being followed and harranged while they try and browse. That being said, when I asked for assistance, it was helpful. No wonder these stores on the most part are empty.

Excellent customer service
I had already placed an order for a sofabed a few days ago abd then decided that I needed a mattress for the spare bed. I rang the store and spoke to Laura. She was very helpful again. She took my order and then arranged for both items to be delivered on the same day. I am very impressed with the customer service at the Cardiff Gate store and would definitely go there again.
