Bensons For Beds - Charlton Avis 

Excellent experience. Sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. No pressure and didn't make us feel hurried. All questions answered and helpful suggestions made. No problems when we said we will not be ready to take delivery for three months. Would highly recommend and would definitely shop at Bensons again.

It is a local store with helpful informed staff who were welcoming on initial entry and on hand to provide detailed information and advice.

Ama was so professional and caring. She ensured that I was happy with the product prior to my purchase. She took time and allowed me to test out a few mattresses and through this I found the perfect one for me.

Syed was absolutely welcoming and helpful from when we walked in. He had excellent knowledge of the products and gave us time to browse and sample different beds /mattresses. Syed was happy to answer all our questions cheerfully and we observed him treat other customers the same. Although Bensons had a wider variety of beds and mattresses compared to others we had visited, Syed was the reason why we purchased from Bensons.

We had a wonderful experience at the branch, the sales lady Anna (black tall lady)was so good to us ,She took us around and we had a good time buying from bensons for bed.Nice customer service
