Ans was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave good advice.

Staff were friendly and approachable and helpful. The customer care was really appreciated.

I had the worst, after sales experience at this store. Within my rights & also as per billing receipt, I reached out to the store within a week to amend my order. To my surprise the staff was unsupportive and didn't had a clue around handling the ask. After regular follow up for 3 days, I was informed that one of the staff member has mailed the request for amending the order & would reach out to us post Oct 21-22 weekend. As expected, no one called till 3 PM today (Oct 24), to confirm the whereabouts of the amended order. When I called again later to know the state of my order, I was informed by their store manager Syed, that my order as a whole was canceled😞. When I asked about why I was not informed about such a decision, he immediately slammed the phone down. I had not come across such an arrogant, misinformed & unmotivated store manager, till date. In such a competitive and challenging times, not sure how the firm is able to afford such an employee.
I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

The staff who attended to me was great and did her best to sell all the different products plus services, but the company doesn't appear to be customer-centric.
Before I came to Benson, I bought some beds at another bed company and spent a third of the amount I spent in Bensons there. I also bought other furniture from a furniture company too. In addition to the discounts I got, I also received free delivery and assembling as part of my add ons to my purchases in both stores, because I spent above a certain amount. Online businesses will throw-in free delivery (at the least) when you spend above a threshold. I think Benson should look into this. The fact that I had to pay for delivery and assembling will be billed differently, after all the money I spent, plus paying all upfront, left a distaste in my mouth. I will not purchase from the shop again

I was very pleased with my initial visit to the store as I was window shopping. No hassle, no pressure, polite and helpful assistants. 2nd visit the same - no pressure to buy and very helpful assistant which enabled me to choose the mattress i wanted. Well done Bensons, a great British firm.

Wendy looked after us very well. She was attentive and helpful. Her product knowledge and suggestions assisted us greatly in making our choices. If the end product and delivery process are as good we will be very satisfied worth our Bensons experience.

Every think went fine, the hardest part is to decide what bed and mattress to buy.

Very simple. Pre checked if they had the artisan range in. Popped in early Saturday. Syed was knowledgeable friendly and knew his products. We walked out with new mattress and bed.

Our sales assistant was great. Really helpful but not pushy. He offered advice but left us to make our own decision. Gave great advice for finance options and talked us through everything. Would definitely purchase from Benson's for beds again.

Customer service is great. But the delivery issue is not great. First the delivery cost is not mentioned in the price and the delivery time is long.
