Store great, but bed damaged
Ordering process good and staff in store knowledgeable and helpful. Based on this it would have been 5 stars.
Delivery date delayed by four weeks despite receiving numerous countdown to delivery texts until 48 hours before.
Second delivery date bed arrived and staff helpful. However when we unpacked there was damage under the packaging- hole in base of bed and dirty. This must have happened before it left factory as packaging undamaged. Photographed and emailed Bensons for Beds but no response received to date.

Good experience - recomnended
Bought a bed and mattress. Angela was wonderful - the perfect mix of help, advice and friendliness without being at all pushy. So glad we came here - would definitely recommend.

Excellent shopping experienceh
Initial experience at shop was first class. Manager, Adam, was very helpful and informative offering good advice and matching and tailoring my needs to exactly the right bed, mattress and headboard. After sales service with changing of delivery dates was, refreshingly, hassle-free. The delivery itself was smooth abd professional and the delivery men were polite and very heloful. I would recommend B for B without hesitation. Thank you for a faultless shopping experience.

Interest free credit
Sales women in the shop was very good but when we were doing the paperwork to buy a mattress on interest free credit I was advised that despite the sign’s saying £300 she said that the minimum spend for interest free credit had risen to £1000.00.
I walked out, went home and ordered it on line where the minimum spend was £300!!
