Avoid at all costs
Avoid . Go elsewhere . We went to the chelmsford branch . They talked hubby into a split headboard ( more money) we have had 3 SKS headboards delivered never needed a split in the past !!
Delivery set for 21st July. So take a day off to accommodate delivery .only bed arrived .. another day off booked for 8th august for headboard . Phone call to say oh its in stock .we can deliver on 31st July.. day off booked .. now another message saying no its not in stock ..its coming on 20th August a whole month after the bed itself arrived
This isn't good enough .I dont need to be taling 4 days off work in the summer and struggle to take the time . .I dont reccomend this company . The hand dont know what the elbow is doing and all they are interested in is upsell. £50 extra for this . £50 extra for that .its a joke

The lady was very helpful but not pushy at all great experience so far bed not here yet but especially liked the 40 day sleep trial the lady explainedbvery well

We got the choice to lay on the testeter bed why they adjusted the mattress strength to help me choose what mattress I wanted and was offered pillows to try as well they was very friendly and gave advice what to buy but they never pushed me in to my choices all round im happy with my choices thank u do much

Had trouble locating a particular matress I needed. I called the Chelmsford store and Deni confirmed they had it and would put it aside for me to collect. Excellent customer service, Matress is perfect.

On arrival at the showroom we were welcomed by a lovely lady called Tracey.She was so helpful and patient-talking about the pros and cons of each individidual bed and mattress.Nothing was too much trouble for her and buying the bed proved to ba most enjoyable experience

Ordered a bed on 27th December
Ordered a bed on 27th December, paid in full, £2721.48 agreed delivery 5th Feb, call 4th to say delayed till 10th, on 10th contacted store to be told not available will be 19th Feb, requested order cancelled as do not trust new date as manufacturing issue, Still not received refund, so having to sleep on mattress on the floor, no bed and no refund. All the store and customer services say is sorry!
