From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed and guided carefully through the options available for us. The member of staff who helped us was knowledgeable, explained the various types of mattresses etc available & was very attentive. Stephen, a member of staff at the Chester branch, was very helpful in my mattress purchase decision. I appreciated not being hard sold or pressured into any decision. The mattress won't arrive for six weeks, so a full review can't be given yet.

Overall, the experience was very satisfactory and professional. The Sales Assistant was very helpful and showed us a number of beds and mattresses that were the kind of thing we were looking for. We thought the mattress protector that was suggested was a little over priced. The lady did provide a written quotation, which was very helpful - and in contrast to Dreams, who did not. Ultimately, after visiting 4 retailers we did choose to go elsewhere, but that was not because of any issues with the service or products we saw at Bensons for Beds.
