The staff were very friendly and helped us to choose the best equipment to fill our needs.

We've been thinking about buying a new mattress for a while now & after hours searching online we were nowhere near the point of making a decision as so many to choose from. We didn't like the thought of buying something as important as this online and so we ventured off to Colchester,Turner rise store and was greeted by a lovely salesman called Scott. We asked Scott loads of questions regarding types,comfort etc etc and Scott was always able to answer and understood our needs. He was not pushy in any way and no pressure sales talk. He insisted we tried various mattresses and encouraged us to try them out again and again until we were 100% certain as this is a purchase that can be costly yet as to be right for us. Scott's knowledge was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for him. He took the time to explain every detail of the mattress and showed us all the interior workings that are so important for comfort and longevity. So looking forward to receiving our mattress and feel very confident that along with Scott's attention to our needs we have chosen the perfect one for us . Thanks so much Scott for all the time and knowledge you gave us which turned a daunting experience into a perfect purchase.

The member of staff that helped us, Chelsie, was absolutely amazing. She showed us all the beds we wanted, even when we changed our minds on mattress firmness. You always feel a bit awkward lying in a showroom bed but she assured us that we should try the sleeping position we usually sleep in because we will have this beds for around a decade - so you want the right one! She let us try numerous pillows, asked what kind of sleepers we were to get the right ones and just made the whole experience lovely! Me and my husband are moving into our first home together and we are most excited about our brand new bed.

We have just placed an order for a wardrobe. It hasn’t been made or delivered yet, but so far our experience has been very good. We visited the store in person and saw the wardrobe before ordering. It looked strong and well-made, and that helped us make the final decision. The staff in the store were friendly and helpful. The price was also very good compared to other places. We are now waiting for the wardrobe to be made and delivered, and we hope it will be just as good as the one we saw in the showroom.
