Advice was very helpful in choosing the right mattress for our needs. Customer service also very good was not pressured into making any hurried decisions.

Croydon Store Experience
Given time to browse after some initial advice. There was no pressure to make a decision or a sale.
Pleasant experience as my teen was unsure- 1st time he was actually choosing a mattress for himself.

Excellent customer service
We've bought from Bensons for Beds before and will do so again. Great in-store service, very helpful in-store staff, quick and easy purchase. New mattress will be delivered within 10 days which is much faster than expected.

Had a great experience.
Visited the Croydon branch where we looked after by Alton. He talked us through all the different types of mattresses available and what type of sleeper Mum is. It was a good experience all around.

Professional and friendly service
Within a few minutes we were greeted by Zahid and Kelvin in the Croydon/ Purley Way Store, who made us welcome. They were both knowledgeable and professional. Plenty of choice in this store and we bought pillows too.
We opted for the recycling service which also includes taking away the packaging.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and he was helpful. We bought a bed and mattress and are very happy with our purchases - we can’t wait for the new bed and mattress to be delivered.
