It was a pleasant experience to purchase from knowledgeable and friendly staff, info given at purchase and regular updates on delivery.
Delivery was faultless by the staff whom immediately offered to take off their boots when bringing the mattress in and took upstairs.
Good stuff, very pleased all round.

Really good experience at Benson for Beds Croydon. Helpful advice and we secured a better mattress while the 25% off sale was on. We’ve had the mattress for a week now and have noticed a very marked improvement in back pain. Highly recommended!

From choosing my bed to it being delivered, all the staff that I had met were very helpful. I even had to change my delivery date the lady was so helpful. The delivery men were lovely taking the packaging with them.

Great salesman. But the persistent emails and text messages from Benson's since buying the mattress resulted in me missing the final payment date and a revised delivery date.
