Lengtht warranty, no hard sell and fantastic in store experience
I have previously shopped via bensons but 4 years ago went to another company. 4 years, a very short Warranty and a broken mattress and bed later I came back to Benson's. Shane in the Cwmbran store made the in-store shopping very easy. He gave his suggestions based on our preference, and let us look without any hard sell. His colleagues were also around to assist and I cannot wait for the new bed to arrive.
