Your first stop for a bed!
Very helpful staff who are prepared to let you examine the items in the shop without hovering over you. Not too pushy but attentive enough to assist when asked to do so. I was provided with all the information I needed by Paul including delivery dates. Highly recommended professional care from start to finish.

A helpful and friendly member of staff helped me choose the right mattress for my needs. There was no pressure to purchase the more expensive items.
I felt like a valued customer and will go to Bensons again for future purchases.

Excellent customer service
Very surprised by the knowledge, professionalism and efficiency of Katie who dealt with our sale. It was so refreshing to be ‘served’ by someone who clearly had pride in her work particularly when many other high end outlets seem to be going in the opposite direction. Thank you.
