Guys both very polite.
Cleared away excess wrapping and it all went with them.
They made sure everything ok so they could go.
A pleasant delivery completed successfully.

The member of staff, was knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. She made the whole think easy with just the right amount of information provided at the right time

We were served by Leigh who was knowledgeable about the bed we wanted and encouraged us to try out different mattresses. He answered all our questions and had all the information about installing the bed and taking the old bed away.it was a good experience.

I layed on a test bed to find out the best bed for me. The assistant was very knowledgable and showed me lots of mattresses that would suit me. She explained about the 40 day trial, which I didn't know about.

We only went into the shop to browse and bought a bed. It was late in the day so the shop was empty and we had full attention of the sales assistant. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely good at her job! Everything was explained in great detail and we never felt rushed. We tried several mattresses before deciding and the price was explained well so we knew exactly what we were paying for.
