Fantastic customer experience
Had a fantastic experience at our local Benson for Bed.
No pushy salespeople, allowed to browse and try and then given expert advice to help choose our ideal mattress suitable for our requirements.
Would highly recommend.

Would have been a 5 but the link for an extra £25 discount failed. The staff in the store were very helpful and managed to get the additional discount anyway on top of the bank holiday sale price.

A new bed
Made welcome when I entered the shop and left me to look around when I said that I was looking. When I wanted help, I was given it by a knowledgeable assistant. I was not pressured into buying and I was given advice when I asked for it. Two friendly assistants.

Excellent service
We bought a mattress from the outlet store at lakeside Doncaster in August. It started collapsing. I rang customer services with photos of the faults and they instantly said we could have a refund or an exchange. We went back to the outlet shop and the staff in there were really polite and extremely helpful. Even when the first bed we picked wouldn’t go up the stairs and we went back and pick something different one. The delivery man how they use was very polite and helpful as well.

Dale at the York Rd, Doncaster store was knowledgeable and listened to my answers when he asked me questions. I was less sure when he mentioned the menopause though.
