Great service at Bensons!
The men at the outlet shop at Lakeside Village, Doncaster were brilliant, very helpful. I got a great mattress at a fantastic price, and they got it into my car without me having to lift a finger. I was very happy.

Bed and mattress delivered yesterday…
Bed and mattress delivered yesterday wrong mattress brought. Said they would bring the correct one that same day. Received phone call from Doncaster store at 5pm saying only 1 other stop then they would be with us. Waited till 8pm no mattress arrived and no phone call. What a joke. Had to pay £100 for delivery and fitting. Still waiting

Gave us space to look around whilst letting us know that we weren't being ignored. Very knowledgeable when it came to helping us decide between mattresses. Very friendly when arranging the sale and delivery.

I went in to get myself a mattress and ended up buying two. The advice received during our conversation helped me to feel confident in my choice. Prices were really good including extra paid for delivery. I’ve just about got used to my comfy sleep as has my partner. Delivery was +/- the time envelope advised, that’s not bad considering the delivery was to a village in the middle of nowhere!
From ordering on 4 January through to delivery 13 January 2024 great customer service.
Fantastic staff, brilliant service.

Bensons Doncaster.
The sleep advisor that I spoke to wasn't a hard sell salesman which made my shopping experience much better. I was left to decide which mattresses I felt I liked and the advisor spoke to me and advised whoch of the ones I felt I liked suited me best. It was quite honestly one of the best shopping experiences I've had!
