Excellent customer service from the gentleman (Andrew) who was very helpful and attentive. He directed my wife and I to various different mattresses fitiing our requirements (as my wife suffers from a bad back) for a range of different prices, so we didn't feel as if we were simply encouraged to spend as much as possible. He processed the sale quickly and efficiently and provided us with all the info we needed re the sales, added extras and options re finance. Will defo use Bensons again and Andy @ the Dover Whitfield store specifically.

What can I say, Andy, the Manager, once again proved buying a bed and mattress from Bensons to be a great experience (2nd purchase from this branch). Andy is very knowledgable about the products, makes you feel at ease and offers great advice. We went through various options and he advised the best product to suit me when choosing my new mattress and bed plus fantastic deals as well which suited my budget perfectly. Both Andy and his colleague are very friendly and more than willing to spend time with a customer to help them get what they need.
