No pushy staff , but they were around to help and answer any questions we had, we were offered a further reduction in the price , but that was used up on the delivery and disposal charges .

First class from store to delivery!
From store to delivery, the service was great! Thank you to Nadeem from the Edmonton store who was very informative and accommodating to my requirements for a bed, and thank you to the delivery guys Antonio and Phil for providing the best delivery service of my new bed, making sure it was delivered straight to my room and making sure everything was positioned correctly!

Great customer service!
Great customer service.as soon as we got into the store were approached and greeted with a friendly smile and in a polite manner by Zain. I like that you have a store and also a phone line to call so you can deal with real people and not a robot. Everything was explained really well. Would have liked to be offered a hot or cold beverage during the experience.
