Bought an electrical adjustable bed…
Bought an electrical adjustable bed last year and this is third time it has broken down very disappointed. The adjustable function works using Bluetooth and I can’t remember being advised of that at time of purchase. They also contract out repairs and the waiting time for this service is unacceptable. Will never use Bensons again

Great service at Bensons
Having tried our new mattress for 5 weeks we found it too firm so returned to see Paul at the Falkirk branch. Everything we needed to know about swapping to a more suitable mattress was explained and we were given plenty of time to make the right decision. The manager also answered our questions about the difference in price and what we owed. Everything done in a friendly but professional manner. No problems at all. Great customer service.

Great service
We went to the Falkirk shop and a lovely gentleman named Neil helped us choose our bed frame & mattress, we got delivery on the specified date and the delivery men took our items straight to the room. They were very good and did a risk assessment of my stairs before they took put the items in my room. I would definitely recommend BFB.

We dealt with Paul at the Falkirk store, he was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure what we wanted initially but he talked us through our needs and helped us with our purchase. I’d highly recommend a visit to Paul at Bensons for anyone needing a new bed or mattress
