Morgan was amazing that's why i purchased
Morgan who was the lady that helped me was amazing.... she talked me through all the options and was very knowledgeable .. she was also really friendly and funny and put me at my ease and made the whole buying experience an absolute joy... she should get a promotion or a raise as she is a real asset to the shop.

Great customer service would recommend
We meet Sarah whom works at the Fleetwood branch as we was in the area on a day trip and she was so helpful and friendly.
We live 40 miles away and have closer store to go to but due to how helpful Sarah was on the Saturday on our day trip we made the journey back to Fleetwood on the monday to purchase our bed. From this store. When you have staff this friendly and helpful it's worth travelling that extra mile for the extra service.

Poor delivery service…
As I am disabled and my husband is in hospital having cancer treatment, I paid for assembly when I bought an electric bed suitable for someone with health issues. Although the bed was assembled, the delivery team neither attached the headboard not even assembled it. As a result I had to spend time struggling to do this when I should have been visiting my husband in hospital.

Such choice and knowledge of the product gave me confidence to purchase my bed. Service and delivery using iPad our phone is great. You always know where and when you’re purchase is. Obviously purchases to suit all your price needs.8

Enjoyable shopping experience
Our experience was lovely. We tried so many comfortable mattresses, and decided on one which was in the sale and is perfect for us. We cannot wait until it's delivered!
