Great service from Gateshead retail…
Great service from Gateshead retail park - staff helpful and available to offer good advice without being pushy. From the minute we placed order we received regular updates about delivery and promises made about how and when delivery would happen were kept. Delivery team were excellent - very respectful of property and very careful to avoid causing damage when delivering was was a very heavy and bulky item. Thanks to all involved- customer service as it should be. Definitely recommend.

A terrific bed
We bought a bed last year and have found it to be very comfortable so much so that we have bought the same bed and mattress in double size for one of our spare rooms. We dealt with Louise again and she is always so helpful and so made the whole experience straightforward.

Assistant in the shop was so helpful which made the process of buying our mattress so easy.
Delivery slightly early but I was called to make sure it wasn’t a problem. Delivery went spot on and the two lads even loved our dog 🐕

Service and care from everyone at bensons
I wanted a headboard for my room couldnt decide on one the sales assistant. took me around the shop at team valley retail world i described what i was looking for i got it within 10mins deciding the best ones he chose for me he nailed it for me.wouldnt go any further than bensons when it got delivered it took 3 weeks for it to come they kept you updated with everything and give you times what was best to arrive at my house the driver. Colin and his assistant reece were both polite and took headboard upstairs for me a lot just put in the porch.thanks lads. Thank you at the shop as well.both pleasant lads
