Reasons to chose Bensons for beds
Salesman very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and patiently explained different mattresses to me .
I returned to same store next day and bought further bed from another salesperson who was equally pleasant and knowledgeable doing her best to accommodate my choices. Would definitely recommend and have done so already.

Was kept informed of updated delivery time. Delivered without fuss by experienced movers in spite of elevator being out of service (I live on second floor).

Excellent store service, keep up to date by messages on a regular basis, quick delivery on the day with a phone call about 20 mown before. Recycle of old mattress. Have no complaints at all.

Great experience.
We entered the store not knowing what we wanted or needed, and Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us get to the right bed for us. Nothing was a problem and the delivery dates were very flexible,we were also helped greatly by Neil. These guys know what they are doing.

I had a great experience choosing my bed, I knew what mattress I wanted although it was a bit over my budget, the sales assistant explained I could choose a different base and headboard to lower the price. I'm so happy with my new bed, it's firm but so comfortable. Delivery went smoothly also.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, sales team were friendly, helpful and not pushy. Communication regarding my delivery was clear and timely. I was notified well in advance about my delivery slot and the delivery team sent a text the night before to check I was prepared to receive my order. On morning of deliver I received a polite phone call letting me know they were on their way and when they arrived the delivery team were friendly.
