Excellent service from the sales team…
Excellent service from the sales team and after 6 months I can say their advise was spot on. We went for a medium softness as opposed to our previous hard mattress, much better sleeps and no sore backs.

Kevin and Neil very very helpful, Im moving house and was worried about which size of bed to buy, I chose one then went back a few days later changing my mind and bought the small double bed, both men were really patient and understanding I cannot praise them enough.
Hope they get a bonus once you’ve read this!

Great experience
Just want say it was a great experience Neil the salesman was very helpful and informative and mattress selection machine was very helpful Neil was very patient and not pushy allowed us time to think and look at all our options even left shop for coffee to way them up . Then back to shop where Neil helped us again though purchase and finance options inc 40 night trial and warrenty all in all great shop great product and great service thanks just waiting 2 week for delivery thanks Neil.

High quality new mattress.
Neil wash helpful and straightforward. Didn’t try to sell us anything other than the mattress we wanted and sundries related to it. Explained interest free credit but also cooling off period and our right to cancel. We were aware a high quality mattress would cost more but didn’t feel he tried to exaggerate that.

Great sales experience
Bought a lovely new bed today from the Great Western Road store in Glasgow. Fantastic range, and quality.
The buying experience from Umran was first-rate. Not at all pushy, explained the product range fully.
Got a great deal, including free mattress care package and made use of their insurance, which for £40 for five years is a no-brainer.
Thank you to Umran, it was the fourth bed shop we'd been to but would highly recommend them.
